's customer service and had a great experience working with them. they tried to walk me through some fixes over the phone which did not work at which point they had a carrier pick up the bandsaw and replaced it with a brand new one. they even gave me a brand new replacement blade to make sure it tracked properly. i am extremely pleased with the new saw and can’t speak more highly of zoey and travis from customer service who assisted me. great tool and great customer service i will be a customer for life

can't say enough about the smartshop ex 150 laser that we recently purchased. lasers can be a little finicky. the machine is great, but the phone support we got from braden today was far and away the best that i've ever had. braden was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. walked me through a lens alignment today and explained it in a way that made sense!
